I am available for personal training on the island of O’ahu. Sessions include a complete diet, fitness and goal assessment, 47-page Model-Fit Sixpack Blueprint© and Model-Fit DVD© as well as a customized Model-Fit program. I train men and women of all ages and fitness levels to get lean, strong and healthy which also improves athletic ability, mood and stamina. The workouts are customized for the client’s workout location of choice (park, track, gym, pool, hike trail, beach, basketball court, soccer field, in-home etc) which adds variety to the workout, increases motivation and fun which improves results.
